A Confetti Send Off

Bethanie Crews and Justin Dugger met when Bethanie was thirteen years old. While she fostered quite the crush on him, nothing came of it at the time—except maybe a few notebooks covered in his name. Six years later their paths crossed again and Justin made her heart beat just as fast. Turns out the feeling was mutual.

When they decided to spend the rest of their lives together they opted for a rustic yet elegant setting, holding the ceremony and reception at The Glen Venue, one of the oldest nurseries in Northeast Florida boasting willowy trees and an historic home. The wedding went off without a hitch, meeting all of their expectations. “As we were getting ready to leave we were unsure what our getaway would look like. We had let our best friend, Jen, plan that part,” says Bethanie.

“As we departed, our family and friends were lined up with confetti rockets and, with us standing between everybody, fired them at the same time. It was so incredible! There was so much confetti everywhere. It was one of the best moments!”
